Text Box: Globalization has been described as both necessary and vital to the health of many businesses that are expanding into global markets. The problem is that with that expansion, many of the benefits including living wages and infusion of capital into emerging markets and communities to improve the local quality of life are being bypassed in lieu of continued corporate profits and the pursuit of corporate self-sustenance. Only a controlled, ethical application of globalization policies and procedures will enable globalization to be a positive force in the world economic community.   This page will be populated with globalization links that directly affect the peace and stability of various regions of the world. No longer can consumers and corporate stakeholders claim ignorance when local economies are decimated by unbridled, unjust policies. There are too many voices and ways of finding the truth to deny when a policy, a business transaction, or a product being developed in emerging countries is detrimental to said communities.
